Delegates, delegates! (gavel banging) Order in the house!
We know you waited long enough, however it is finally here,
We are very happy to announce the second edition of KARTALMUN, which will be held in Istinye University Topkapı Campus.
We constructed KARTALMUN’24 to be a turning point in Turkish MUN history. To truly pave the way for the youth who are longing to express their astonishing visions and unimagined worlds they have inside. To change the way MUN’s are seen forever. And be a cornerstone of high school organisations.
With this as our mission, we got to work. We prepared a magnificent academic team for you, two General Assembly committees, four special committees and three crisis committees. All of which have very experienced staff and challenging agenda items.
For that we extend our gratitudes to our academy team who worked and are working vigorously for KARTALMUN’24 to provide our delegates an astounding academic environment. In which they can have conversations with people they have never met, make new friends, learn about the current situation of the world and find solutions to its problems.

Letter From The Director-Generals
Dear Esteemed Participants and Our Successors Who Will Carry Our aim Forward,
We are proud to announce the second edition of KARTALMUN. We would like to begin our letter with a quote from the founder of our Republic, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk: “We will entrust everything to the youth… They are the hope and bright flowers of the future. All my hope is in youth.” In the 100th year of our Republic, we believe that our founder’s heritage was not just the Republic of Turkey but also us, the youth.
With this purpose, KARTALMUN is coming forward to lead high school MUNs with its innovative ideas and pioneering structure. We know that each of you has thousands of ideas swirling in your minds for the benefit of the world, and it is our duty to support and embrace these ideas. KARTALMUN, with its inclusive and friendly nature, stands as a mirror to the hearts of our team. We are proud to be an element that can provide you with benefits on your life journey, and we express our happiness for our paths crossing.
We would like to extend our special thanks to each member of our organization team for their dedication and hard work in making the conference the best it can be.
Everyone has had difficult, winding days up to now. KARTALMUN is here to stand by you during those times. We are not just a conference; we are here to be that shoulder you can lean on during the curves of life.
